Terms of Service
Welcome to Creator Oracle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Creator Oracle website and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pavel Rosental ("Creator Oracle", "we", "us", or "our").

Creator Oracle provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that offers a suite of tools for e-commerce entrepreneurs and social media content creators, including but not limited to niche analysis, trend tracking, content idea generation, and competitive analysis.
3. User Accounts
To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Our Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions") and through one-time purchases of usage credits ("Credit Packs").
- Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., daily, monthly, or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select.
- Credit Packs: Can be purchased for a one-time fee for additional usage of the tools.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. We do not store or process your payment card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that would damage, disable, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Creator Oracle. You retain all rights to the input you provide to the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription through your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Creator Oracle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Refund Policy
Subscriptions
Due to the nature of our digital service, we do not offer refunds for our subscription plans, including for partial months or unused time. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
One-Time Credit Packs
All purchases of one-time credit packs are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances, at our sole discretion, or where required by applicable law.
